Purchases made online

We are pleased to refund any item purchased online, which is returned within 7 days of your receipt of your parcel. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Items returned can take up to 14 days to arrive with us and a refund/exchange to be processed.

Purchases made from store

We are pleased to accept returns of items to our stores. Please take the delivery note/receipt supplied with your parcel as a proof of purchase.

For purchases made in our store, we are pleased to offer returns of full priced items within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Please ensure the items are unworn, unmarked and in the original packaging.
 
On sale items, we offer a refund or an exchange on goods returned within 7 days of purchase. This must be returned with the original proof of purchase.
